A big thank you to all who worked on my wonderful fireplace. As you know the bath stone left no room for error. It was handcrafted and required a precision fit. From fireplace excavation to installation, plastering and linkage to the heating system the work of your team was exemplary.

Dear Mr Portsmouth,

On April of this year your company installed a wood burning stove for me at my barn conversion. The work was completed within one day and I was delighted with the service. The work was carried out by “Tony” and one other who were first class.

On Thursday 20th September following a very wet and stormy night I discovered a rainwater leak on the vent and I telephoned your Cardiff office.

I do not have the name of in the person I spoke to but he was one of the most polite and helpful people I have ever spoken to. He almost immediately arranged for an engineer to call at 3pm that same day working around my work commitments. At almost exactly 3pm “Tony” arrived, and promptly without any fuss carried out remedial work.

Could I say that my entire experience with your firm from the initial measuring up in 2006 to the installation in 2007 and your after sales service on the 20th September has been nothing but superb.

I would not hesitate to recommend Decorative Heating Ltd to anyone. In this day and age such a friendly, complete and professional service is indeed rare.
