Buying online with Decorative Heating is simple and safe. We use industry-standard technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card details and your name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and encrypts them into bits of code that are then transmitted over the Internet.

Delivery charges
Any order placed over the amount of £300 will be delivered free of charge to any location within UK Mainland. Orders below that value will incur a small delivery charge depending on where order is being delivered to. If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside of the UK please contact us on 02920 811478 for a price

Refunds will be given on any defective product where the manufacturer is responsible. Products may be returned for refund at the customers cost, in orginal packaging and unused.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. if you prefer you can place your order over the telephone, by post or online. To place your order by telephone, call one of our friendly staff on 02920 811478. Cancellations and Alterations
If you wish to cancel or change your order in any way, please call us on 02920 811478 (during office hours). We advise you to call us immediately between 9am and 5pm, to stand the best chance of catching us before your order is processed. If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it with no problems.

We are confident that you will be happy with our service. If anything is not right, please call us on 02920 811478 during office hours, We will do everything we can to quickly resolve the matter to your complete satisfaction.

Website Errors
We take great care to ensure the information and prices on this website are accurate and current. In the unlikely event that a website error affects your order, we will contact you before we process your order to discuss the matter. If you discover any errors after we have processed your order, you are of course welcome to cancel your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
